Which one dissolves faster in water? Baking Soda or Salt? Cold Water or Hot? When stirred or not stirred?

Results: Baking soda dissolves faster in both hot and cold water when stirred.

Experiment: Celery

Shaye is doing an experiment in science to understand how tubes in plant stems carry water to the leaves. Wonder what the celery stalk will look like tomorrow????
